    Boil cauliflower in salt water

    In a pan add oil add onions saute and tomato.ginger garlic paste,cook till softened. Cool and grind also grind cashew and khus khus and mava.

    In the same pan add oil and fry cauliflower and take it out. In the same pan add red chilli powder. Haldi. Garam Masala. Dhania powder. Zeera powder.bay leaf. And saute. Add the masala paste cook till oil leaves sides

    Add the fried cauliflower and cook with masala before serving add. Fresh cream.
