  1. 1 cupblack rice
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  8. 1 tbspchopped onion
  9. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  10. 1/2 cupsmall diced bell peppers
  11. 1/2 cupboiled matar dana
  12. 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  13. 1/4 tspvinegar
  14. 1 tbspchopped onion greens

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice, soak in water overnight, strain it, keep aside. Take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, salt & oil, place it on the flame. Let it boil, add rice now, cook it till done, strain it, keep aside.

    Take a wok or pan, add 1 tbsp oil, heat it. In goes garlic, saute it for 10 sec.

    Now add onion & green chilli, stir fry it for a minute.

    In goes matar dana, bell peppers & salt. Saute it for a minute.

    Meanwhile crack eggs in a bowl, add lil salt, beat it for a minute. Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, heat it. Add beaten eggs, cook it until done, keep aside.

    Add cooked rice in the masala, mix it well, in goes soya sauce & vinegar, mix it well.

    Now add cooked eggs, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.

    Add in onion greens, stir it for a minute.

    Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with a dhania leaf...
