Slice courgettes and dice shallots and garlic.
Add to a wok with olive oil on low heat.
Sprinkle with mixed herbs and mixed ground peppercorns

Quarter the mushrooms and add to the wok and let it simmer. Add fresh basil leaves towards the end.

Serve and enjoy
