Combine all the dry ingredients well. Add a little water at a time and make semi stiff dough. Knead for 5 min, cover and let it rest for 5 min, STRICTLY NOT FOR LONGER as the dough may get too wet/soft to make Nachos.

Combine spices for seasoning. Keep aside.Make a long roll from the dough and cut 1 cm portions as if for puri. Press them in the hot roti maker

You can also make 2-3 at once. You can keep the circle shape if you like. If you want triangles, pile up a few and cut criss cross.

Separate them from the pile. Take 5-6 pieces and prick them with a fork. Separate them it is easy to separate them as they are partially cooked in the roti maker.

Fry on medium heat while stirring often till they are crunchy. Remove them from oil and sprinkle seasoning right after so that it sticks well.

If you do not have a roti maker, Roll thin rotlis, using white flour dusting ONLY IF REQUIRED. Prick all over it with a fork. Cut them crisscross to make triangles.
