Take 1 1/4 cups (about 250 grams) of black chickpeas.

Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.

In the morning, drain the water and boil the black chickpeas in a pressure cooker until tender.

Add chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, salt, chaat masala, and lemon juice to the boiled chickpeas. Mix well. Your spicy black chickpea salad is ready to serve.
