Steps

Make homemade vanilla extract up to a year in advance (rum or Vodka)

Turn oven to 100°C (normal) and add lots of water to the oven plate

Big bowl add milk and sugar. Mix.
Add the rest, mixing slowly. No foam allowed! Add vanilla after mixing - 4
Fill ramequins 3/4 of the height.
Cook for 1.5+ hours in oven at 100°C - 5
When taking them out they should still be a little wobbly. Put them in the fridge for a few hours

When serving, add a layer of brown sugar and torch
