California Farm Seitan Mock Chicken in Orange Sauce California Farm Seitan Mock Chicken in Orange Sauce
Marinated in orange juice with orange peel, mock chicken seitan tastes like chicken, takes on the color, the fragrance and flavor of this delicious sauce, after getting stirfried, then simmered in the sauce and served over rice. The secret seems to be to make the mock chicken dough with cold chicken broth or vegetable broth instead of water. I make this dish regularly in both chicken meat and vegan mock chicken meat versions, the mock version is getting better every time, I added sesame seeds, so this is an updated recipe. Chicken Drums in Garlic Soy Sauce Chicken Drums in Garlic Soy Sauce
This dish is often made by my in-laws. Aren't meat on the bone flavorful? If you don't have time to marinate the chicken overnight, stab the meat with a fork several times before pouring the sauce over it. Not only does this allow the flavors to penetrate the meat, but it shortens cooking time. However, be careful not to marinate too long, as the chicken will become too salty. It's best to use a iron skillet to cook the chicken. Recipe by shinsukeb cookpad.japan -

Tender Chicken Breast in Soy Sauce and Mayonnaise Tender Chicken Breast in Soy Sauce and Mayonnaise
Chicken breast is inexpensive but tends to be a bit dry. I think chicken thighs are better. You can make up for this by preparing the meat a bit differently. You can flavour them with many different seasonings, but I love soy sauce and mayonnaise.Slice the chicken breasts diagonally into thin pieces. Coat with katakuriko potato starch flour. Don't fry the chicken over high heat. Fry slowly and patiently over low heat. When the chicken is cooked through, it's done. Don't cook it for too long. These 3 are the important tips to make sure your chicken is tender and juicy. Recipe by Tanbo ine cookpad.japan -
Pork tenderloin with orange and fennel sauce Pork tenderloin with orange and fennel sauce
Pork tenderloin is a great ingredient. It's inexpensive, so it doesn't blow up your grocery budget (not a small thing these days). One or two loins easily satisfies several people. And, cooked properly, it's a succulent and juicy cut of meat. It also has a relatively neutral flavour, which means you can jazz it up pretty much any way you want. Spices, herbs, and fruit all work. I chose the latter two for this dish, and made a glaze/sauce from everyday orange juice spiked with a spoonful of fennel seeds. Sweet, tangy, with a slight herbal warmth. Nice. Robert Gonzal -

Slow Cooker Korean Style Spicy Soy Sauce Chicken Slow Cooker Korean Style Spicy Soy Sauce Chicken
A slow cooker version of an easy, delicious, and spicyhot family favorite.Because there is minimal liquid in the recipe to prevent a soupy flavor and texture, it would be ideal to be able to give everything a stir and redistribute the chicken at between 2 and 4 hours before eating so all parts of the chicken pieces can soak up seasoning. If you can't manage that because of your schedule, then doing it right when you get home and hopefully at least 30 minutes to an hour before you eat will help. x -

Chicken with Nanban Sauce Chicken with Nanban Sauce
I added nanban sauce to my favorite chicken!-Once fried, place the chicken into the tray with the vegetables and sauce while still hot. This will allow the sauce to soak into the chicken.-Bring the chicken to room temperature before deep-frying.-Cutting the chicken to an even thickness will prevent uneven frying.-If you cut into the thick section of the chicken, it will cook faster. Be careful not to burn it. Recipe by Cooking S Papa cookpad.japan
