Steps

Soak variety of beans with water for overnight. Next day after 6-7 hours they get sprouts. Add sprouts in a Pressure cooker pot along with salt & water. Pressure cook in high heat with 4 whistles. I cooked them until they turn soft. Take cooked sprouts out, drain extra water & keep aside. Let them cool.

In the next step, transfer cooked sprouts into a wide bowl. Chop veggies finely. Chop raw mango finely which add extra tangy flavour.

Into cooked sprouts, add all chopped veggies like onions + tomato🍅+ green chili + cucumber 🥒+ raw mango 🥭 + black salt + coriander-mint chutney+ tamarind chutney+ chat masala + coriander leaves, etc.

Toss to coat sprouts evenly. Combine & mix well. Garnish with fine sev & raw mango slice.
