Mix maida + salt + oil and mix well, then gradually add water and knead a semi-soft dough, keep rest for 10 minutes.

Take medium size balls from the dough Roll out a medium-size either round or rectangle and make slits leaving the edges (kindly refer to pic)

Now gently roll through the help of the edges (kindly refer to pic)

Deep fry in sufficient Oil till golden brown in low flame.

Elo Jhelo Namkeen is ready to serve.
