  • 8 c.Chicken broth
  • 1 t.Salt
  • 1/2 t.Pepper
  • 4carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1fennel bulb, thin sliced & chopped
  • 1 c.Orzo
  • 2 cupscooked chicken, diced
  • 1/4 c.Lemon juice (plus zest)
  • 3 T.Dill

  1. 1

    Bring broth, salt, pepper to boil.

  2. 2

    Add carrots & fennel (lemon zest), and simmer 5-10 min.

  3. 3

    Add orzo and chicken, simmer until orzo done.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and dill.
