Cook onion and bell pepper in oil,

Add chopped lechon kawali

Put egg. Combine. Add salt, kalamansi to taste.

For the mayonaise, turn off the heat first before putting it.Mix. (Others like me skip this step, I just want to put it while eating already. Just topping it to my sisig.)

Serve best when hot. Enjoy
