My eldest daughter, who doesn't like fish, said the fried cod she had at school lunch was delicious, so I tried to recreate it (*^_^*).

I got a half fillet of cod.

Remove the skin and bones, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Marinate with the ☆ seasonings. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.

Mix equal parts all-purpose flour and potato starch. Drain the cod and coat it with the flour mixture. Fry in oil at about 340°F until crispy.

Enjoy while hot!
