Ingredients

Serves 4-5 servings
  1. 14 ozcod
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonssake
  4. 1 tablespoonmirin
  5. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  6. 1 clovegarlic, grated
  7. 1 cloveginger, grated
  8. as neededPotato starch,
  9. as neededAll-purpose flour,
  10. as neededOil for frying,

Cooking Instructions

    I got a half fillet of cod.

    Remove the skin and bones, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Marinate with the ☆ seasonings. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.

    Mix equal parts all-purpose flour and potato starch. Drain the cod and coat it with the flour mixture. Fry in oil at about 340°F until crispy.
