Bitter gaurd is very healthy vegetable , but most of them does not like it . Homemade pakoras are always a better option for us , so I tried these karela pakoras and came out very well .

Bitter gaurd is very healthy vegetable , but most of them does not like it . Homemade pakoras are always a better option for us , so I tried these karela pakoras and came out very well .
Steps

Mix well all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add 2 tsp of oil and mix it.

Clean bitter gaurd and slice in circular pieces and add salt to it and mix well and keep it for 10 mins.

Bitter gaurd will oozes water. Add the dry mixture to it and mix well. Then add very little water, mix it.

Heat oil in frying pan and put the bitter gaurd mixture one by one into the oil and fry till it turns golden brown.

Serve it with some variety and enjoy.
