Peas season is going to end , so I got the peas in more quantity and peeled them kept in deep freeze for storing it for long . I got them to make very tasty peas paratha . Here is very simple recipe to try .

Peas season is going to end , so I got the peas in more quantity and peeled them kept in deep freeze for storing it for long . I got them to make very tasty peas paratha . Here is very simple recipe to try .

In a bowl take 1 cup of wheat flour and mix with water to make soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 mins

Take fresh peas and chopped green chillies and grind to coarse mixture without adding water.

Heat oil in saucepan and once it is hot add jeera, allow it to splutter then add peas mixture and fry for some time till raw smell goes off.

Add masalas and coriander leaves and fry to make dry mixture.

Take small ball of dough and stuff the peas mixture into it and close it on all side.

Roll it using rolling pin into chappathi.

Heat tawa and place this chapathi on it and add oil / ghee to it and roast on both sides.

Serve with curd /sauce.
