Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.

Put the dry ingredients into a plastic bag.

Add the cut potatoes to the plastic bag.

Shake the bag to coat the potatoes with the mixture.

Add oil to a frying pan, and before turning on the heat, add the coated potatoes.
