Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6large jalapeno peppers
  • 6 Tbsplow fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbspgreen onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbspcilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1/4 tspsmoked paprika
  • 1/4 cupfat-free cream cheese

Steps

    Coat grill with cooking spray. Preheat to medium-high

  2. 2

    Half peppers and remove seeds

  3. 3

    Mix: cream cheese, 1/2 cheddar cheese, green onions, cilantro, salt, garlic, paprika.

  4. 4

    Fill peppers evenly dividing mixture, sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and, if desired, extra paprika

  5. 5

    Reduce grill heat to medium. grill, covers for 7-8 minutes until peppers are slightly charred and desired tenderness. Let stand 5 minutes

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more. If you have any suggestions for any of my recipes regarding ingredients or cooking methods please send me a message!!
