Ingredients

30 mins
  1. peach citrus salsa
  2. 1large peach ripe,peeled and small diced
  3. 1Orange peeled and small diced
  4. 1Green onion cleaned and sliced end to end
  5. Cilantro chopped (about 1/3 of a small bunch, or to taste)
  6. 1Jalepeno pepper seeded and small diced
  7. 1/4Red bell pepper small diced
  8. Zest of a small lime
  9. to tastesalt & pepper

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve over cooked salmon fillets.

  2. 2

    I seasoned the salmon with lime juice a little lime zest and blackened fish seasoning and cooked it on my George Foreman Grille.
