Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 150 ggyoza filling
  • 2 cups(about 400g) cooked rice
  • 2eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonschicken bouillon (or Chinese soup stock)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • as neededSesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the gyoza filling.

    Next, add the rice, chicken bouillon or Chinese soup stock, and beaten eggs. It will look like egg-coated rice, but as you stir-fry, it will become fluffy.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir-fry until the rice is fluffy, and it's ready to serve!
