Ever run out of wrappers? It happens often, right? This is a handy solution for those times. Let's call it 'Gyo-han'! The origin of this recipe: I always have leftover gyoza filling and wondered what to do with it. After some thought, I came up with this!
Steps
- 1
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the gyoza filling.
- 2
Next, add the rice, chicken bouillon or Chinese soup stock, and beaten eggs. It will look like egg-coated rice, but as you stir-fry, it will become fluffy.
- 3
Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir-fry until the rice is fluffy, and it's ready to serve!
