Recreating the taste of that restaurant for the third time!!
I tried to recreate the sesame sauce from a noodle shop in Akita to my liking.
The origin of this recipe
The sesame sauce I bought as a souvenir was so delicious that I decided to make it at home (it's expensive to buy).
After being told by my husband that it was too thin or too thick, I think I've finally gotten close to that taste.

Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 3 1/3-4 fluid ounces★noodle soup base (store-bought or homemade)
  2. 1 tablespoonground sesame seeds
  3. 1-2 tablespoonssesame paste
  4. 1 teaspoonor more (see note) sugar
  5. 1 1/4 inchesgrated ginger
  6. 1 teaspoonmiso

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind the sesame seeds. (Store-bought ground sesame seeds are also fine)

    Add everything except the noodle soup base to step 1 and mix well.

  3. 3

    Gradually add the noodle soup base and mix until combined. It's ready!
