Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  • 1 packageShin Ramyun noodles (noodles only)
  • 1/2 packet☆ Shin Ramyun seasoning powder
  • 1 packet☆ Shin Ramyun dried vegetable mix
  • 1 clove☆ garlic, grated (or use about 1 teaspoon from a tube)
  • 1 teaspoon☆ soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon☆ toasted sesame oil
  • To taste toasted sesame seeds
  • About 2 inches (5 cm) green onion
  • 1egg yolk

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil to cook the noodles. While the water is heating, combine all the ☆ ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

    Chop the green onion to your preferred size.

  3. 3

    Once the water is boiling, cook the noodles to your desired firmness.

  4. 4

    Drain the cooked noodles in a colander.

  5. 5

    Place the noodles in a bowl and toss with the mixed ☆ seasonings.

  6. 6

    Top with chopped green onion and place the egg yolk in the center. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish!
