Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 2 cans(about 6.7 oz each) canned mackerel in water
  2. 1/2(about 4.2 oz) onion
  3. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  4. 2 pinchessalt
  5. 1 can(about 14 oz) diced tomatoes
  6. 1 cubebouillon
  7. 1 tablespoonketchup
  8. 1 pinchblack pepper
  9. 1 teaspoonwhole grain mustard
  10. Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the onion. Adding garlic is also delicious if you like.

    In a frying pan, add olive oil and onion, and sauté until soft. Sprinkle with about 2 pinches of salt.

    Add the canned tomatoes, canned mackerel with its liquid, bouillon, and ketchup, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. If the liquid starts to splatter, reduce to low heat.
