Easy and Authentic Pasta in Tuna Tomato Sauce

I don't like the flavor of tomato that much, but I love this pasta sauce.
Each time I make this, I'm impressed every time that this flavor can be achieved in such a short time.
The amount of salt to add depends on how much bacon you add, so taste before salting. The sauce will thin out a bit when you add the pasta, so season it generously. For 2 servings. Recipe by classy

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put oil in a pan and sauté the garlic over medium heat. When it's fragrant, add the bacon and continue sautéing.
- 2
Add the canned tomato and the entire contents of the tuna can, and simmer until it's bubbling.
- 3
Add the cheese and melt into the sauce by mixing.
- 4
Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer down until the sauce is reduced by about 1/3. While the sauce simmers, cook the pasta in boiling salted water (1 teaspoon of salt to 1 liter of water).
- 5
In the pan, toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with parsley and black pepper to taste, and it's done.
- 6
When plating the pasta, give it some height and it will look like the pasta served at a restaurant.

There are so many tomato sauce recipes, but I just couldn't find the one for me, so I've been making this with trial and error.Add the honey (or oligosaccharide sweetener) while tasting. If you cook the pasta just right, the residual heat of the pasta will warm up the sauce. It's a bit of a reduced sauce, so if using regular pasta, add more tomatoes.
