Ingredients

Serves 1 serving

1 packagesoy sauce ramen noodles (such as Maruchan Seimen)
1 tablespoonwhite sesame paste (about 15 grams)
1 teaspoonchili oil (about 5 ml)
Chopped green onions, to taste
1egg yolk or soft-boiled egg

Steps

Add a little less than the full amount of soup base to a bowl.

Mix in the sesame paste and chili oil.

Drain the cooked noodles and toss them with the sauce.

Serve on a plate, top with green onions and the egg. Enjoy!
