Cooking Instructions

Cut the water spinach into pieces about 2 inches long. Mince the garlic.

Mix the ● ingredients together and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, and sauté the garlic and red pepper. Once fragrant, add the water spinach and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
