Colorful Spinach and Sakura Shrimp Stir-fry

I love sakura shrimp, so I tried adding it to sautéed spinach, and it was delicious.
Make sure bit to overcook the spinach. The point where you wonder if it us too early to turn it off and are considering cooking it for a bit longer is actually the perfect time to turn it off; this will help keep the pretty color of the spinach. Recipe by Donpintan

Steps
- 1
Blanch the spinach and cut into easy-to-eat pieces. You can use tubed garlic.
- 2
Heat up a pan over a medium heat, coat with vegetable oil, and add in the sakura shrimp and garlic until aromatic. Be careful not to burn it.
- 3
Add in the spinach once it's aromatic, then immediately add in the cooking sake and the Chinese flavor granules and sauté, and it is ready.
- 4
Add it to bentos too.
