Ingredients

Makes 10 servings in 2-inch paper cups
  1. 3 barschocolate (about 5.3 oz each)
  2. 7 tablespoonsbutter (or cake margarine)
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1/3 cupsugar (about 70 grams)
  5. 1/2 cupcake flour (about 70 grams)
  6. 1/4 cupcocoa powder (about 20 grams)
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking powder (about 4 grams)
  8. Powdered sugar for decoration

Cooking Instructions

    Combine broken chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds to melt. You can also use a double boiler.

    Once the chocolate is melted by the heat of the butter, add the eggs and sugar, and mix well with a whisk.

    Finally, sift in the combined dry ingredients (cake flour, cocoa, and baking powder) and gently fold with a spatula until no dry flour remains.
