Ingredients

Serves 4-5 servings
  1. 1 piece(about 1 to 1.5 lbs) pork tenderloin block
  2. 1 candemi-glace sauce
  3. Salt and pepper, to taste
  4. 2 tablespoonsketchup
  5. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonred wine (optional)
  7. 3 tablespoons (50 ml)water
  8. 1 bunchspinach
  9. 1 packking oyster mushrooms
  10. as neededVegetable oil,

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tenderloin in half and rub with salt and pepper.

    Heat a frying pan and sear the meat with some vegetable oil. In the open space, cook the king oyster mushrooms, cut into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.

    Transfer the tenderloin to a pot, add the demi-glace sauce, water, and seasonings, and simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes, turning the meat occasionally.

    Cut the tenderloin into serving pieces and serve with the cooked mushrooms and boiled spinach cut into 1.5-inch pieces. Generously pour the sauce over everything.
