Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 packageShin Ramyun (instant spicy ramen noodles)
  2. 2/3 cupsoy milk or milk (about 150 ml)
  3. Chopped green onions, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour 1 1/4 cups water (about 300 ml) into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the instant noodles, dried vegetable mix, and soup powder.

  2. 2

    Once the noodles start to loosen, add the soy milk. Simmer for 4–5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve in a bowl and top with chopped green onions if desired.
