The origin of this recipe
I saw stir-fried udon on TV and really wanted to make it myself. I quickly made it with what I had in the fridge.

Ingredients

1 serving

1 packudon noodles
Whatever is in the fridge↓ This time
3 1/2 ozpork
1/2 bagbean sprouts
1/2 packmaitake mushrooms
Mixed seasonings↓ Mix these together
2 tablespoonssake
1 tablespoonor more oyster sauce
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
2 teaspoonschicken bouillon powder
2 teaspoonssugar
1 tablespoonsesame oil or vegetable oil
To taste pickled ginger
To taste green onions
To taste bonito flakes

Steps

Wash the bean sprouts and drain them. Cut the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasonings marked with ♡ well.

If using frozen udon, defrost it in the microwave (about 40 seconds).
I use regular udon.

Add oil to a frying pan and stir-fry the pork, bean sprouts, and maitake mushrooms.
Once cooked, add the udon and the mixed seasonings, and stir-fry while breaking up the noodles.

Once the seasonings are almost gone and the udon is cooked through, it's done!
Serve on a plate, top with bonito flakes and green onions, and add pickled ginger on the side.
