Portion for 2 chicken thighs
  1. 2 pieces(about 1 1/3 lbs) chicken thighs
  2. 2 stalksgreen onions
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt (for green onions)
  4. Vegetable oil, as needed (for grilling)
  5. Seasoning for chicken thighs
  6. 1 tablespoonsake
  7. 1 teaspoonsugar
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt
  9. About 1 cm (1/2 inch) grated garlic (from a tube)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken thighs into your preferred size and place them in a bowl. Add the seasoning ingredients and massage them in. Let it sit for a while.
