In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the mentsuyu, milk, and green onions if using.
You can use any brand of mentsuyu you like.

Heat a tamagoyaki pan (or small nonstick skillet) and add a little oil. Pour in about one ladleful of the egg mixture, roll it toward you as it cooks, then move the rolled egg to the far side of the pan. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.

Once cooked, transfer to a cutting board. Let cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
