Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  1. 1 1/3 lbsbeef roast or steak (about 600 grams)
  2. 1onion
  3. Salt and pepper, to taste
  4. Cilantro, to taste (optional)
  5. Your choice of vegetables, to taste

Steps

    Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Season the beef with salt and pepper, coat with grated onion, and let it marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    If you like, add a little olive oil or spices such as cilantro to the marinade.

  4. 4

    Cut your favorite vegetables into bite-sized pieces, then thread the beef and vegetables alternately onto metal skewers.

  5. 5

    Grill in a broiler for about 12 minutes.
