  • 1onion (minced)
  • 2garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespooncanned tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoonyoghurt (Greece yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoonmustard
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 2 teaspoonsalt
  • 4cardamom
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/3 teaspooncinnamon powder
  • Sticking
  • 3sweet green pepper
  • 1red paprika
  • 1yellow paprika
  • 2tomatoes
  • Parsley

    Cut chicken

    Put all the seasoning in food processor and mix well

    For 1 hour in refrigerator

    Cut the vegetables

    Stick into chicken and vegetables colorfully.

    Bake chicken sticks on light oily pan.

    Preheat oven 250°C and roast for 30 minutes
