These are fab either barbecued or grilled with flat bread and salad. I have also included a recipe for a simple salad to serve with these.

These are fab either barbecued or grilled with flat bread and salad. I have also included a recipe for a simple salad to serve with these.
Steps

In a pestle and mortar, grind the dry spices

Finely chop the mint, garlic, chilli, parsley and rosemary
- 3
In a processor, crumb the bread
- 4
Add the mince, cheese dry and fresh spices, mix well
- 5
Transfer to a bowl, mix with the egg white
- 6
Roll into sausage shapes and shape around metal skewers, pat with the flour
- 7
Grill. Serve with some fresh lemon squeezed over and chopped parsley, on a flat bread with the salad, sliced tomatoes and tatziki
