Let's experiment on one of yous Cookpad chefs' mashed-potato recipe by substituting potatoes with yuccas/cassavas.
Steps

Peel, clean, chop and boil the cassavas with a pinch of salt until really, really tender (until your fork can go through it without any force), and then de-vein.

Meanwhile, roast garlic using aluminum foil for 25 minutes (I used a Dutch oven).
- 3
Add cassava, garlic, milk, butter, salt and pepper, and then mix.
- 4
Serve with your favorite topping.
