Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoonsawase miso (mixed miso) (about 45 grams)
  2. 2 tablespoonssugar (about 25 grams)
  3. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce (about 15 ml)
  4. 1 tablespoonsake (about 15 ml)
  5. 2 tablespoonsrice vinegar (about 30 ml)
  6. 1/2 clovegarlic, grated
  7. 1 tablespoontoasted sesame seeds, ground
  8. 1 teaspoonchili oil (la-yu)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients except those marked with a ☆. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Microwave uncovered for about 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Carefully remove (it will be hot), stir well, and let cool to room temperature.

  4. 4

    Once cooled, add the remaining ☆ ingredients and mix. Your sauce is ready!
