Cook the marlin with a little oil and sauté with onion. Add water and cook over low heat.

Add the octopus and mix with the marlin (use pre-cooked octopus). Season with coarse salt, black pepper, and garlic to taste.

Add the white and red onions and cook for about 5 minutes until combined.

Add the tomatoes and stir until it comes to a boil.

Add the bell peppers, celery, carrots, and the rest of the spices.

Pour in the Clamato and cook over medium heat, stirring gently to combine without breaking up the ingredients.

After about 20 minutes of boiling, add the shrimp and fish fillets.

Cook for up to 15 minutes more, just until the shrimp and fish are cooked through but still tender.

Serve hot.
