Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbroccoli
  2. 1large onion
  3. 1 cupdiced mushrooms
  4. 1/4 cupshaved carrot pieces
  5. 1/2-3/4 cupchicken broth
  6. 2 cupsgrated Cheddar cheese
  7. 2 canscondensed Cheddar cheese soup
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook onions and mushrooms in a large pot until tender. Add broccoli and carrot and cook until broccoli is tender.

  2. 2

    Pour in condensed soup, Cheddar cheese and broth. Adjust the broth to the consistency that you would like.

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
