Another beautiful accident. I planned another meal and realised I didn't have the ingredients I needed. So I just began to cook and tada.
Steps

Peel and slice potatoes, par boil for 30 mins, drain and allow to cool.

Chop red onions finely and fry in butter until browned.

On a low heat add honey, butter, garlic paste, oil and a pinch of salt, stir frequently until melted.

Add potatoes and onions to a foil lined baking tray and pour the mixture over. Bake at 200 for 25 minutes.

Cook broccoli and carrots in a steamer or pan of boiling water.

Fry mushrooms, once brown add mince. When cooked drain fat and return to heat.

Add 300ml water, gravy granules tomato puree and sugar. Cook until gravy thickens to a sauce consistency.

Add mince to Pyrex dish, layer over vegetables, carefully place potatoes on top.

Bake until brown and crispy. Hope you enjoy!
