I have started playing with ingredients to create simple but different recipes. *Excuse the pic, forgot to get a decent one.*
Steps

Rub steak with salt.
- 2
Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl and dip in steaks ensuring completely covered.

Marinate in fridge for 1 hours.

Foil line a baking tray and spray with fry light oil. Place on steaks and pour extra marinade onto tray. (I cooked mine for half an hour but keep checking it depending on how you like it cooked). Cover with foil and put in the oven. Once cooked slice steak.

Place pasta (I use spaghetti but any pasta will work) in a pan of boiling water until cooked, usually about 10 minutes.

Dice the red onions and the mushrooms and coat in a mixture of salt, soy sauce and sugar.

Fry mixture in butter until browned, then add cream cook slowly and stir frequently making sure the cream doesn't over boil.

Once sauce has thickened remove from heat.

Add spaghetti, steak and sauce onto a plate and enjoy!
