Pork Chops and Rosé Wine Potatoes

This recipe was supposed to be with white wine but half way through cooking it I realised I had Rosé Wine in not white so I went with it and it taste really nice and fruity with the salty pork. Awesome combination created by accident!!!!!

Mix soy sauce, gravy granules, garlic paste, sugar and a pinch of salt.

Cover pork in mixture and marinate for 2 hours.

Place on foil lined tray and cover with foil. Cook for 40mins at 200

Cut potatoes into chunks and par boil until soft
- 5
Fry mushrooms and onion then add white wine vinegar, rosé wine, garlic paste, sugar, honey and a pinch of salt.

Allow to boil then carefully place potatoes in the pan for 5 mins

Serve potatoes and pork and enjoy!
