Ingredients

Serves 2 to 3 servings
  1. 2 pieceschicken thighs
  2. 1onion
  3. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  4. 2 tablespoonsmirin
  5. 1 tablespoonsake
  6. 1 tablespoonsugar
  7. 1 teaspoondashi stock powder
  8. 1/2 cupwater

    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion into wedges or your preferred shape.
