Coat the fresh salmon with all-purpose flour evenly on both sides.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the salmon. Cook on low to medium heat until both sides are nicely browned.

Serve on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper to taste, and squeeze lemon over it.
