Cooking Instructions

Cut the mizuna and shiso leaves.

Boil the pasta in salted water.

In a separate pot, boil the pork belly, then mix with the sesame dressing and noodle soup base.

Once the pasta is cooked, mix the soy sauce and butter on a plate.

Place the mizuna on top of the pasta, then add the seasoned pork belly, and finish with shiso leaves and sesame seeds.
