Ingredients

Makes 10 mini servings
  1. 50 gtofu (no need to drain)
  2. 1-2 tablespoonsall-purpose flour (or rice flour)
  3. 30 g(about 2 tablespoons) cabbage
  4. 10 g(about 2 teaspoons) carrot
  5. 10 g(about 2 teaspoons) cooked ground pork or chicken
  6. 1 teaspoonbonito flakes
  7. 1 pinchaonori (dried seaweed flakes)
  8. 1 pinchsalt or soy sauce

Steps

    Mix the tofu until it becomes a paste. Boil the cabbage and carrot, then chop finely. Cook the ground meat thoroughly.

    In a bowl, combine the tofu mixture with the remaining ingredients. Using 1 tablespoon of flour will result in a softer texture.

    Add salt or soy sauce and mix until smooth.

    Place the mixture in a non-stick frying pan and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until browned.

    Flip and cook the other side for about 3 minutes until browned. If you're worried about it being undercooked, add 1/2 tablespoon of water, cover, and steam.

    It's ready!

    Wrap each serving in plastic wrap and freeze in a ziplock bag. To defrost, microwave at 600W for 20 seconds, flip, and heat for another 15 seconds until fluffy. Let it cool if it's too hot!
