Ingredients

  • 1 lbground sausage
  • 6eggs
  • 2 1/2 cupsMilk
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspGround Mustard
  • 12 SlicesWhite Bread (cut crust - 1/2" cubes)
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and sausage.

  2. 2

    Pour into greased 11x7x2 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. 3

    Bake uncovered @ 350 for 40 minutes
