Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1small cauliflower
  2. 1/2 tablespoonghee
  3. 1/16 teaspoonfenugreek
  4. 1/2 teaspoongrated ginger
  5. 2 pinchesturmeric
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Cilantro to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat a pot and melt the ghee, then add the fenugreek and sauté until slightly browned.

    Add salt, turmeric, and ginger, and mix quickly. Add the cauliflower and stir to combine.

    Add water until it reaches about halfway up the cauliflower. Once it boils, reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer. Stir occasionally until the water is almost gone.
