Ingredients

Serves 2 servings

3.5 oz (100 g)edamame (in pods or shelled)
2 1/2 tablespoonsolive oil (about 37 ml)
2 ggarlic, thinly sliced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
2 teaspoonssoy sauce (about 10 ml)

Thaw the frozen edamame.

Add olive oil and garlic to a skillet. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes.

Add the edamame to the skillet and sauté over medium heat.

Drizzle soy sauce around the pan, stir lightly, and serve!
